Faithful EZLynx Rater Assistant — Privacy Policy

Faithful EZLynx Rater Assistant ("the extension") is an internal tool built for the staff of Faithful Insurance LLC to speed up personal-lines insurance quoting.

What the extension does

The extension reads insurance quote information that Faithful Insurance staff have already entered into the agency's own intake system, and automatically fills that information into the agency's EZLynx rating screens (for auto, home, condo, and bundle quotes).

Information the extension handles

To fill the quote forms, the extension accesses insurance quote data that the agency itself has collected, which may include client names, contact details, addresses, vehicle information, property details, and requested coverages. This information is used solely to populate the EZLynx rating forms on the agency's own EZLynx account.

How information is used and shared

• The extension does not sell, rent, or share any data with third parties.
• The extension does not transmit data to the developer or to any external server. Data moves only between the agency's own systems — its intake database and its EZLynx account.
• The extension does not use data for advertising, creditworthiness, lending, or any purpose unrelated to filling the agency's own quote forms.
• The extension stores only its own interface settings (such as the on-screen panel position) locally in the browser.

Data retention

The extension does not retain client data. It reads the agency's data at the time of quoting to fill the forms and does not keep its own copy.
